1) A full refund or replacement will be offered should you receive the wrong item/s or if they are damaged in transit. Although this is a rare occurence, please understand human mistakes can happen! Please email us with a photo of your order if a refund or replacement is required.
2) Due to the mess that is Royal Mail, we are not refunding orders that arrive later than expected if you opt for the Free Delivery Service as this is not a tracked service. But to help our customers keep costs down, we offer this cheaper delivery service albeit at the customers own risk. This also applies to the Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Service. Unfortunately, there is a Nationwide shortage of Royal Mail Staff that is out of our control.
3) Should you choose the Royal Mail Signed For Service, you must be home to sign for your mail. if you are not home, they will attempt to redeliver the next working day. Then its up to you to collect or arrange re-delivery if you miss 2 days in a row. You will receive a tracking number for this service. We don't refund for items that the customer has not collected.
4) All items are made to order so they are non refundable unless the reason in paragraph 1 applies.
5) All items are well packaged in a sealed waterproof bag so any water damaged items will not be refunded as this would be regarded as damage caused by user.
6) Please ensure you have provided us with the correct name and address. We cannot refund for items sent to the wrong address.
7) Late Orders; Please use delivery section as a guide to estimate when you should contact us regarding a late delivery. The eta starts from the date of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notice via email.If it is within the time frame estimated it is not yet classed as late.For UK customers, if your item hasn't arrived on the 8th working day after dispatch let us know so we can send out a replacement the same day for small orders, for large orders of 3 sheets or more please wait 15 working days before contacting us.If such an event should occur, please contact us as soon as you can so we can try to get a replacement out to you before the date of your event. RETURNS
We do not except returns on orders, items cannot be re-used or resold due to food hygiene reasons. If there has been a grammatical error on your item and we are at fault, we will replace the item or offer a refund but only if there is not enough time to resend the item.
In the event of incorrect printing, on production of photographic evidence, we will reprint your order free of charge.
